some woman said she was mary from final associates, she knew my name and postcode and even gave my house's fake name. when i asked for her dob she just dropped the call. then 2 mins later i got another call from inter financial (7), they repeated everything from the first call including my house's fake name and kept asking for my dob, so i just ended the call.

they keep ringing me. first they said they had a loan offer, then called back to confirm info. but the bloke on the line said i had to pay £100 upfront to get the loan today. i said just take it from the loan amount, then he just hung up on me. now they keep calling but no one says a word.

I recently went on a bit of a hunt for loans and filled out an application with Wage Day Advance via "Best Loans". Just five minutes post-application, my phone started buzzing with two calls from this number, practically on top of each other. Strangely, they didn’t bother leaving a voicemail. Given some of the feedback I've come across, I've decided to give it a miss and won't be picking up. I’d advise everyone to consider blocking this number and to be wary of any similar calls you might receive. Always ensure to look up unknown numbers before sharing any personal information!

I cannot believe the audacity of these con artists! They've managed to dupe my unfortunate sister out of £500. They promised her a loan despite her poor credit history, but twisted the situation by insisting she purchase iPhone vouchers and send them over first. Naturally, she has yet to see a penny of that loan, yet they keep ringing her, insisting she owes them money before they’ll even consider processing anything. I’m absolutely livid and am planning to get in touch with the police about this outrageous behaviour!

I received a call from this number on Thursday morning, 22nd March 2018. The caller inquired whether I had submitted an application for a loan online, to which I replied affirmatively. They proceeded to ask me various questions regarding my personal information. Eventually, they congratulated me and claimed my loan was approved, stating that I would soon receive an email with all the specifics about the loan amount and repayment terms. However, no email ever arrived, and when I attempted to call or message them back, their number was no longer in service. The person who contacted me introduced himself as Ben. Please take caution; this is definitely a scam.

These calls are definitely coming from India, and it's a total scam! They market themselves as if they’re based in the UK, which is utterly misleading. You could easily be fooled into thinking they’re local, but that’s not the case at all. I urge everyone to flag these numbers to BT; it's crucial we take a stand against this trickery!

I just received a rather unpleasant phone call from an individual who was incredibly rude. They were insisting that I confirm my identity, asking for nothing more than my postcode. Honestly, which loan company only requires that? Once I provided it, he proceeded to inform me that he intended to pass on my details to various new companies he had dealings with. I made it clear that I wasn't keen on that idea, and his attitude took a turn for the worse. Fortunately, I've got a call recording app on my phone, so I’ll be reporting this to the authorities with the evidence. Please look after yourselves, everyone, and consider downloading a call recorder app if you haven’t done so already. It’s proved invaluable for law enforcement in tracking down these notorious chaps!

I received a call from a chap named “Andrew”... He didn't seem to grasp English too well. When I queried why he needed my personal information to ‘confirm the call,’ he had the audacity to label me as untrustworthy and promptly ended the conversation! Quite the experience, I must say.

I received a call claiming to be from UKL. Naturally, I inquired about who they were, but all I got was laughter on the other end. The caller insisted he couldn't reveal anything unless I provided my postcode. I pressed him on why I should hand over my personal information to someone I had no clue about, and he chuckled again, cheekily remarking that he didn’t know me either. That was the last straw for me, so I promptly hung up and blocked the number.

I received a call from an outfit claiming to be UK-L, which they say is a loans company. This is all rather perplexing, as I've never sought a loan from them or even heard of their name before. I noticed they also have a different number, 01162989336, which seems to be linked as well. I've gone ahead and reported both numbers, and they've now been blocked on my end. Quite the nuisance, if you ask me!
