some woman said she was mary from final associates, she knew my name and postcode and even gave my house's fake name. when i asked for her dob she just dropped the call. then 2 mins later i got another call from inter financial (7), they repeated everything from the first call including my house's fake name and kept asking for my dob, so i just ended the call.

they keep ringing me. first they said they had a loan offer, then called back to confirm info. but the bloke on the line said i had to pay £100 upfront to get the loan today. i said just take it from the loan amount, then he just hung up on me. now they keep calling but no one says a word.

So, I went ahead and looked up loans on "Best Loans" and put in an application through Wage Day Advance. Not long after, I got two calls back-to-back from this number, but no voicemails were left either time. After seeing what others have said, I’m just going to ignore it. Honestly, I’d say block this number and watch out for others like it. Definitely always check who’s calling before you share any info!

My sis got ripped off of £500 by these scammers. They promised a loan even though her credit is rubbish, but told her to buy iPhone cards and send the codes over first. She never got any loan from them, but now they're constantly ringing her up, threatening about money she supposedly owes before the loan can go through. I'm well angry about it and definitely going to report them to the cops.

On Thursday morning, 22/03/2018, I got a call from this number asking if I’d applied for a loan online. I said yes, and they started asking loads of personal stuff. After a bit, they said I’d been approved and congratulated me, saying I’d get an email with all the loan details and repayment info. But I never got any email, and when I tried calling or texting them back, the number was dead. The guy on the phone called himself Ben. Watch out, this is definitely a scam.

They’re actually calling from India but pretend like they’re based in the UK. It’s a total scam, just selling fake UK numbers. They ring you and make you believe they’re local but in reality, they aren’t. Honestly, everyone should definitely report these dodgy calls.

So they rang me up and this bloke was proper rude, asking me to prove who I was but all he needed was my postcode. Like seriously, what kind of loan company only asks for a postcode? After I gave it, he started talking about passing my details to other companies they work with. I told him I wasn’t okay with that and then he just got super aggressive with me. Thankfully, I’ve got auto-call recording on my phone, so I’m heading straight to the police with the proof. Just a heads up, folks, grab auto call record from your app store - it’s been a massive help for cops catching these dodgy callers. Stay sharp out there!

I got a call from some guy named Andrew who barely spoke any English. When I asked him why on earth I’d need to share my personal info just to “confirm the call,” he went off on me, calling me a ra**** or something and then just hung up. Proper dodgy.

Got a call from someone claiming to be UKL. When I asked what UKL stood for, the person on the other end just laughed and said they couldn’t say unless I gave my postcode first. I asked why I should share any of my details when I had no idea who they were or where exactly they were calling from. They just laughed again and shot back that they didn’t know me either. That was enough for me, so I ended the call and blocked the number straight away.
