Got a call from this number earlier today but I never pick up from unknowns cause I value my privacy, especially after getting scammed back in 2015. Scotland Yard got involved and they never left a voicemail either. I've blocked the number and reported it to Ofcom so they can share info with other networks and police. I always leave comments like this to warn others about what can happen after going through a big scam.
