It was dead quiet until I said hello and then some bloke who sounded really drunk slurred “Is this Mrs…?” I asked who was calling, but couldn’t make out much apart from him saying something like “third and final stage” and something about loft insulation. When I told him I wasn’t up for it, he just hung up on me.
