I recently found myself at the receiving end of a rather alarming scam. This fellow had the audacity to threaten me, claiming he would put an arrest warrant out in my name! He insisted that I had outstanding parking fines and pressed me for my banking information. The truth is, I don’t have a single parking ticket to my name-truth be told, I don't even own a car!
