I’ve received a call from a company claiming to be Auto Assist, supposedly regarding a minor road incident we were involved in last year. They provided an address: 24 Canning St, Edinburgh EH3 8EG. I suspect they’re nothing but con artists trying to fish for personal information. It’s best to ignore their calls. Curiously, the number appears to be from Glasgow, starting with 0141.... - the caller identifies as Auto Assist.
