I tried asking who it was, but they just cut the call off.

Got a text telling me I’ve got a new message from someone called Caroline, with a link to click on to check it out and a note to reply if I had questions. It finished with ‘thx benjy’ which made me think straight away it was dodgy. Don’t bother replying and try to report it if possible, might be harmless but it could also infect your phone with something nasty.

Got a call from some call centre, they just said my name and hung up. Seems like one of those pointless spam calls to me.

It sounded like some call centre with loads of noise in the background. They wanted to speak to a Scott Boyd, no idea who that is, and said they’d remove my number from their list. Didn’t say who they actually were though.

Wasn’t clear what they wanted unless i gave my name first. Mentioned 'crimestoppers', but reckon it’s just another sneaky ppi scam call.

Got another call from someone sayin they’re from the claims helpdesk, but it was just another PPI scam.
