Got a call from someone pretending to be BT, saying my broadband was involved in some illegal stuff and would be cut off soon. I followed their prompt and pressed 1, only to hear the same message again - typical scam tactic. Hit 1 one more time, then it just went dead. Bit of a letdown when these fraudsters don’t even chat properly; I enjoy making them sweat trying to scam me.
