Got a call from some dodgy call centre in Asia pretending to be from the DWP, saying my NI number had been breached. It’s clearly a scam trying to get your bank info. Don’t pick up if it rings, just block it straight away. I reported it to Action Fraud and also sent a text to 7226 like they suggest. Definitely a banking scam, watch out!

Had loads of calls from people claiming to be from some company, probably just trying to scam you out of your bank info. Don’t trust these dodgy callers, they’re just after your cash. The name they give? Completely fake. If people just stopped answering, they wouldn’t be able to nick anything. They always hide who they are for a reason, and the number might even be some computer made-up one. Make sure you report it to Action Fraud and text the details to 7726.

Got three calls from this number today. First time I answered, they just hung up straight away. Second call lasted about 6 seconds before they dropped it. The third one was on for 47 seconds, but as soon as the woman started with her dodgy spiel, I put the phone next to my radio blasting some tunes. Definitely a scam, and the number looked spoofed. Avoid it!
