I’ve been getting loads of calls from different numbers, all claiming to be about some sort of electrical cover. Feels like a scam to me, they just keep switching up the numbers they’re ringing from.

This number has been ringing me incessantly, yet I've chosen not to pick up.

What a right bunch of con artists! I received a call from someone feigning to be from Three Network, boasting about an incredible deal... a whopping 40% off my contract. Pity for him, I’m not even with Three Mobile!

Got a call from this number but didn’t pick up. No voicemail left either. Checked it out on this site and decided to block it now.

Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, offering me a 30% discount on my phone bill and a chance to win a prize. The voice sounded Indian and it just didn’t seem legit at all. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a call claiming to be from Three, offering 40% off a new mobile. The lady on the line, she sounded Asian and kept pressing me about which phone I was using. They were really insistent. Also, I thought Three would call from a different number, not some local Edinburgh one. Definitely a bit dodgy.

Got two missed calls, then they just cut me off both times. Definitely seems dodgy to me.

That number 01313813817 is definitely a scam, don't trust it!

Avoid this number at all costs! They claimed to be from 3 network and promised a 40% discount, but it was just a trick. They pressured me into paying £30 for a so-called new contract, saying they'd give the money back within two days. Total scam, don't fall for it!

Got two calls in about an hour, but they just ended up hanging up both times.

I answered the call and all I got was a robot girl saying “goodbye.” Seems like they’re just trying to collect numbers to pass on to other scammers, which sucks because now I reckon I’ll be getting loads more calls since they’ve figured out this is an active number. Had to block the number right away.

Got a call from someone claiming to be at Currys or PCWorld, chatting about iPhones. Told them I didn’t own one and then they just said something like “Goodbye” and hung up. The caller had an Indian accent and was pretty difficult to catch what they were saying.

I had a rather dodgy phone call from a bloke who claimed he was representing O2. I told him straight that I'm an O2 customer and they never reach out to people like that. The moment I pointed this out, he quickly ended the call. Quite the scammer, if you ask me!

Received a dodgy call from a number claiming to be Three. They inquired about what type of mobile I use and promised a 40% reduction on a new device. It rang a bell as I’ve had similar calls from related numbers before. Just a heads up, Three doesn’t reach out from landlines, so this seems a bit suspect.

The call ended abruptly as soon as I picked up.

Since the 24th of November, I’ve received three calls from this number, but I simply won’t pick up if it’s not a one I recognise. I reside in Oxfordshire, you see!

They go by the name Leave Tech, but I’ve never come across them before and I'm quite suspicious that it might be a scam. The caller had an Indian accent, which leads me to believe it could be one of those dubious call centres.

Got a call that showed up as London on my phone, but I reckon it was actually coming via VPN, maybe from Edinburgh originally or somewhere else altogether. Definitely felt like it wasn’t a local number.

When you pick up this number, it bids you farewell, which suggests that someone could be conducting a test or that your phone number is being flagged as active for potential sale in marketing lists.

They claimed to be representatives of Vodafone, but I struggled to catch what they were saying. When I requested them to say it again, they abruptly disconnected. The ambience suggested it was a hectic call centre.

I’ve had a similar experience; when I picked up the call, a voice came through for just a moment before they promptly disconnected. It seems quite suspicious and may warrant a report.

I received a call from someone purporting to be from O2, who was trying to entice me with a discount on a phone plan. They requested my password and number, which immediately raised my suspicions, so I decided to end the call. The line was quite noisy, and I struggled to hear what the chap was saying, making it all the more dubious.

It’s a right scam… received a message in an Indian dialect linked to my O2 account, yet I’m actually with EE.
