So I got a call and before I even picked up, the caller left a voicemail and then hung up. Pretty strange, not much more to it really.

Got a recorded message saying "please hold while we connect you" over and over again. This has happened twice now, bit annoying.

The line was just nonstop repeating this message: "Thank you for calling. Hold on while we connect you. Thank you for calling. Hold on while we connect you." It just kept going round and round with no actual person getting on the phone! No sign of a human at all!
