I mentioned that I was fed up with all the scam calls, and she suddenly started talking to me like we were acquaintances. Then, just like that, she disconnected the call. Quite strange, really!

Received a call from someone claiming they spotted some problems with my computer. They suggested they could sort it out for me, but only if I granted them remote access. I appreciated their offer but graciously turned it down. Truth be told, my PC was running perfectly well.

If you actually connect and let them in, good luck calling that number back - it always says 'wrong number'. Feels a bit fishy to me!
