I received a call out of the blue, and they didn’t bother to leave a message, so I’ve gone ahead and blocked them. Lately, I've had to register for the myGP app for an elderly family member using my phone number, and now I feel bombarded by unwanted calls. It makes me think that perhaps that’s how they’ve gotten hold of my number. Has anyone else come across a similar situation?

I received a call from an unfamiliar number, but they didn’t pick up when I answered.

Received a call insisting that I was involved in a car crash, but I've never been in such an incident. They were quite persistent about it, so in the end, I ended the conversation and added them to my blocked list.

Received an unsolicited call from a Twilio VoIP source, apparently involved in some dodgy scheme, on 17th September 2024 around 17:43 GMT. The number was +144131 381 0783. This is rather concerning! I've blocked it immediately! It could be coming from just about anywhere, so be wary! Definitely raises some red flags!
