Complete scam! They try to trick you by saying money's been spent on your Amazon Prime account, but they have no clue if you even use it. They just guess you'll be interested if you're a subscriber. Then they want to sort out your "renewal" right over the phone. We just let the answerphone pick up every time, but these calls keep coming from this number and 01514560561. If you see the call and they hang up, just don’t answer. Better to let your answer machine deal with it if you have caller ID.

Got a recorded message from bank security about my card payments. Bit annoying but guess they’re just checking for fraud or something. Felt odd though, not sure if it was legit or one of those scams. Either way, don’t ignore these calls, could save you some trouble.

I got a call with a woman’s voice on a recorded message, saying money had been taken from my bank and paid to Amazon. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

I got calls from two separate numbers, 01313670390 and 01313670389, just 15 minutes apart. They claimed my card was charged for over £1000 on two transactions, one domestic and one abroad. I quickly understood it was a scam and have since blocked both numbers.

Got a call saying they were from my bank’s security team, warning me about some dodgy transactions. This happened twice, one day after the other.

Someone called me from a number that looked like it was from my bank yesterday. When I picked up, a voice said, "This is the security team at Xxxxx bank, how can I assist?" but as soon as I asked a question the line just cut off. Total scam, be careful!

Got a call from a woman on a recorded message saying she was with "Bank Security Department", no mention of the bank name though. She said there were two strange transactions on my account. Sounds very dodgy to me, so I just blocked the number straight away. Definitely a scam if you ask me.

Received a robocall claiming to be from my bank-no name mentioned, mind you. It instructed me to press 1 or 2 to either approve a couple of transactions or to talk about them. I hung up and looked into the number. Turned out it was from FH in Rugby.

This number called me earlier today when I wasnt around to pick up. Yesterday, I got two calls from a different scammer claiming to be from the bank, but those came from a Liverpool area code - 01514560561.

Got a couple of messages left for me from unknown numbers saying there were two withdrawals from my bank account. Didn’t say who they were or anything. I rang the local police just to check and they told me it was definitely a scam. Watch out people!

Got a ring from this number around 9:28 am on 03/03/22. I wasn’t home to pick up and they didn’t leave any voicemail. So, I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Got a call pretending to be from Amazon Prime, but it was a total scam. They tried to trick me into giving personal info, so watch out if you get one of those calls. Definitely wasn’t legit!

I've noticed a similar situation to what others have said. There were two charges on my card I wasn’t expecting. Plus, I got the exact same recorded message from a different number, 01313607389. Bit worrying, to be honest.
