I picked up and immediately ended the call.

For sure a con, got a missed call and mistakenly called back. Before even a ring, some guy picks up and already knew my name which felt really off. Then they phoned again a bit later, I told them to quit calling me but they just ignored it. Half an hour later, another call from a new number popped up. No matter how many times I block these numbers, they just keep ringing from different ones. Proper dodgy behaviour!
