Received a call claiming I was owed some sort of PPI reimbursement. What a total con! The line went dead after half a minute.

Got a call about a PPI claim, they already had my name and address which seemed odd. Then they asked for my sort code and account details, I told them to jog on and I hung up and blocked the number straight away.

So, these blokes called saying I was entitled to some PPA compensation 😂. Thing is, I never even filed a claim and what the heck does PPA even mean? Total scammers just trying to con folks.

I just got a call from some bloke claiming I’ve got £3500 in unclaimed PPI. He sounded Indian and tried telling me about this money, but after reading these comments, seems like a right scam. I never made any claim with them. When I asked where exactly the claim was, he quickly asked for my bank info. Honestly, watch out for these sorts of calls.

Got a ring from some bloke with an Indian accent claiming I had about £3500 in unclaimed PPI money. I fed him a dodgy address and when he insisted it was right, I instantly clocked it was a scam. As soon as I gave him a bogus postcode, he just went quiet and ended the call. Classic fraud attempt, really silly!

I got a call from this number saying I’d won £3000 in a PPI refund. I’ve never claimed anything like that before so I was a bit wary straight away. They had my full name, street, and postcode, and then asked for my house number. When I just said they should already have that info, they ended the call. Felt really dodgy to me. I reckon the next step would’ve been them trying to get my bank info to "send" the money.
