Someone with an Asian accent called claiming to be from O2, saying they could give me a discount on my phone bill. They asked for my name and email, but as soon as I said no to sharing details, they just ended the call.

Yesterday I got a call from this number, and when I picked up and said hello, it was silent for nearly 30 seconds before I just ended the call. Then today I tried ringing them back but the call got cut off. This same number actually rang me a few months ago too, and then out of nowhere, they called again yesterday.
