Today, I received a rather unsettling call from a lady who purported to be affiliated with an accident assistance service. I must say, the whole thing was rather off-putting, and I swiftly terminated the conversation. I'm convinced this is some sort of scam.

I picked up the phone when it rang and right away they were trying to get all my personal info. When I questioned what they were doing, the person on the other end got proper mad and started shouting insults at me. That’s a dead giveaway it’s a scam, because any decent caller wouldn’t lose their cool or start being rude like that. Instead, they usually just hang up. This number instead goes full aggressive with threats and name-calling. Very dodgy!

Got a call from someone saying they were from a debt help firm, sounded really suspicious to me. They were trying to get loads of info like my address and email. Honestly, don’t ever hand over your personal stuff when some random number calls you. They’re just gathering data for sketchy reasons. Keep in mind, real companies don’t ring you out of the blue and definitely don’t ask for your bank or financial details over the phone.
