I have a sneaking suspicion this might be a scam, so I decided against answering the call.

The lady I spoke with had an accent that seemed a bit off, and honestly, it raised my eyebrows. She alleged she was with BT, trying to chat about some problems with my broadband connection. It felt rather dodgy, to be honest.
