Her frustration grew as I maintained my confusion, insisting that I should remember such an event. It escalated to the point where she was quite cross and refused to clarify what incident she was referring to. She insisted she wasn’t fabricating anything but ended the conversation abruptly after becoming irate. I said no, and asked where they got that info from. They said it was from the “Motor Insurance Bureau.” I asked for their contact details to check why my name was linked to any accident record. They said they’d give me the number but then just hung up on me. Complete SCAMMERS, don’t share any info with them. Anyone with a vehicle usually has legit insurance, these lot are just trying to make money off people in genuine mishaps. If they were legit, they’d have provided the info they claim to hold.
