Got a call around 4:30 in the afternoon, loud noises all over the place in the background. The person knew my name and said they were from some insurance firm. They asked if I’d got a payment from them, and when I told them no, they said they could send it again for free if I gave them my info. Sounds dodgy to me. Also, an 0800 612 2455 number rings me loads but I don’t answer, so maybe it’s linked.

Every time I pick up, they just ring again and then drop the call right away. It's really annoying.
