they kept asking to speak with the “lady of the house” so i asked them who it was. They wouldn’t say until they were sure i was mr (they got my name wrong anyway). Also, the address they gave was wrong (they said 32k but it’s actually 22) and when i told them that they just hung up on me and wouldn’t share the real address they were after.

This bloke was really unpleasant and wouldn’t tell me which company he was from. When I asked him to take our number off their calls, he got rude and said he’d ring us a hundred times a day. I told him I just didn’t want my terminally ill parent bothered like that.
