I’m a call centre agent and this number popped up on our main line today. I picked up like I normally do, saying ‘household claims, how may I assist?’ but then an automated voice started asking me to say what I wanted to do. No clue who was calling or why. Felt a bit dodgy, so I just hung up right away. I’ve looked up the number but all I found was that it’s linked to Edinburgh, nothing else.
