The call came from a code I know well, so I answered right away. It turned out to be someone claiming to be from my bank's fraud team. They said there were two suspicious charges, one for £350 and another for £1000 to Amazon. They told me to press 1 to confirm. I didn’t press anything and when I tried to ring them back, the line was dead. Definitely a scam.
