Today, on 12th June 2020 at a quarter past nine in the morning, I received a rather alarming call from this number. The caller claimed there was a suspicious transaction of £600 taken from my bank and sent overseas, urging me to press 1 on my home phone to resolve the matter. The whole thing was just a pre-recorded spiel, and I had the good sense to steer clear of pressing any buttons. After the call, I made sure to check my bank account, and fortunately, everything seems to be in order for now.
