Got a call today after some recorded message claiming to be from ‘bt’ about internet issues. If you ask for their help, they connect you to this number. They said there was a problem with my internet and it had to be switched off for a few days to fix it. I’d had a nearly identical call recently but from a different number with the same story. Told the guy to talk to my internet provider instead, and he just kept swearing at me - classy! Tried ringing him back to say I was reporting them, but the phone just wouldn’t pick up any incoming calls. Proper dodgy!
