got my phone bill from virgin media today and noticed a couple of calls way over an hour each that i definitely didnt make. they say the calls came from dorchester but we dont know anyone there, so it makes no sense. im not sure what the best thing to do now is. any advice would be great!

I had the misfortune of receiving a call from this number, and let me tell you, it was quite an unpleasant experience. Initially, I thought it prudent to respond to his queries, but when I pointed out that the postcode he had was wrong, he became rather insistent on obtaining my current one. I made it clear that I wasn't going to share any personal details until I was informed about which company he represented and the purpose of his call. In response, he resorted to hurling insults at me, calling me an idiot more times than I could count before abruptly hanging up. What a delightful interaction! I really should have known better than to engage with him at all.
