I got a call from 01305240513 today and because it looked like a local number, I picked up. The message said something about my bank security and warned me of two suspicious charges - one around £300 and the other over £1500. Honestly, they couldn’t get more than a fiver from me, so no chance of those big amounts! The automated voice told me to press 1 to cancel the payments or 2 to speak to their security team. I didn’t press anything and just blocked the number straight away. Just a heads up, these scammers are now using local numbers to try to trick people, so be careful!
