Got a call from someone pretending to be from Amazon saying there was a suspicious money transfer. Total load of rubbish! What a scam, really annoying!

Got a call from this number claiming to be Visa Security, saying there were two charges on my card - one £300 from Amazon and another £1100 from something called Western Credit. They told me to press 1 if I wanted to report it as fraud. I just ended the call. Honestly, it’s mad we’re supposed to press a button to report fraud to people who are clearly trying to scam us. What a crazy world!

Got a call on my landline from this number, missed it and they left a voicemail but it was just a bunch of different voices all talking over each other like from a call centre. I hardly ever use my home phone, and I don't give that number out to anyone. Doesn’t seem like BT or anything official. Feels like someone might be trading private info or something sketchy.
