I got a couple of calls on my landline today from 01304 600xxx numbers. Strangely, the second call appeared as International on my phone even tho 01304 is actually my local area code. I picked up the second call but there was silence on the other end. When I tried calling back the first number, it just said the number wasn’t in service.

redstar finance ppi - i got calls from a dover number, but they also ring from a manchester one, 01618501196. they've been ringing me non stop from both, so watch out for that number as well!

I picked up the phone, and the individual on the other end mentioned that my Barclays refund was all set to go. I couldn't help but inform them that I've never even held an account with Barclays. So, I decided to hang up and promptly added the number to my block list. - Caller: a dreadful telemarketing outfit!

They rang me 6 times in just one day, so I finally picked up on the last try - but they just ended the call straight away. From now on, if I don’t recognise the number, I’m not picking up. I’ve been receiving calls from this number, and I’ve now got BT Call Guardian set up. They've attempted to reach me but haven't bothered to introduce themselves, so the calls just come through to us without any clarity.

I received a call from someone who claimed to be from Redstar Financial Services, and she actually knew my name! However, when I requested clarification about her location, she abruptly ended the call. I've since decided to block the number.

I was inquiring with a lady regarding any credit facilities or loans I might have with Lloyds, Barclays, or NatWest, as she suggested there could be a potential refund in it for me. However, the moment I mentioned I didn’t possess any accounts with those banks, she immediately cut the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!

Earlier today, I had a missed call from this number, so I dialled it back. To my surprise, the person who answered-the voice of a woman-was extremely aggressive and rude. Before she abruptly ended the call, she mentioned she wanted no further dealings with me, claiming I’d get her into hot water at her workplace. Given that experience, I’ve decided not to attempt reaching out to that number again. Should it ring my phone another time, I’ll simply ignore it and consider asking my provider if they can block it for me. Interestingly, when I called back, it sounded like a call centre, and I was prompted to wait for the next available advisor.
