I got a call from a recorded lady voice claiming to be Bt's tech support, saying my internet was about to be cut off. She told me to press 1 to speak with Bt or 2 to disconnect my service. No idea what kinda charges you'd get if you actually pressed those buttons. Definitely sounds like a scam - best to just hang up straight away!
