Got a call from some dodgy lot asking for Mr or Mrs **********. They knew the right address, but when I told them I was just a contractor, they clammed up and wouldn’t say much. Didn’t leave a message or even say who they were. Definitely sketchy, so watch out!

Someone rang asking for a certain person, but when I mentioned that they weren't available, the caller inquired if I owned the property. An Asian woman on the line confirmed she was renting. After a brief exchange, she thanked me for the chat. Honestly, it felt like a complete con to me.

This bloke with an Indian accent called me, speaking super fast. He started rattling on about some big survey they were doing all over the UK about wills. Then he quickly tried to sell me a free will check. Sounded like a total scam to me!

Got calls from different numbers a few times claiming it was about checking loft insulation. They kept asking for personal info. When I asked if they were some kind of scam, they just cut me off. Pretty dodgy if you ask me.
