Just got one of those robotic calls claiming it was from 'Amazon Prime', telling me my account was renewed for 39.99 - annoyingly, they never mentioned which currency! They said if I wanted to cancel, I should press 1 to talk to someone at Amazon. I'm sure it’s a trick to steal your bank info for a fake refund. To be clear, I don't even have an Amazon Prime subscription. Total scam.

Just got one of those dodgy automated calls claiming my "Amazon Prime subscription has been renewed for 39.99" - weirdly, it never mentioned which currency that was in! Then it told me to press 1 if I wanted to cancel or speak to Amazon. Obviously, it’s a scam to get your bank info by pretending to refund you. I don’t even have an Amazon Prime account or use Amazon at all. Total con.

i keep gettin these calls with a dull voice talkin bout my amazon account or somethin. seriously, these calls need to be blocked asap.
