Got a call from a company pushing "Estate Planning". As soon as the bloke started his sales pitch, I told him he shouldn't be stuck in a call centre right now with Covid-19 still around - the longer he stays, the more likely he might need "estate planning" himself! Plus, earning a bit of commission or minimum wage isn’t worth risking your health. He went strangely quiet, probably mulling that over. When he finally spoke again, I just told him to head home and said, "Goodbye, take care."

Got a call from them this morning. They kept pushing me to have a meeting with one of their reps. I asked why they believed I required any care since both me and my partner are under 60 and work in the NHS. They said something about my house possibly being taken off me. I told them I didn’t reckon that’s the case. It’s really worrying how older people might be tricked by this, especially with everything going on right now.
