Complete joke of a company, pests that never give up. They ring you over and over, sometimes loads of times a day. Who in their right mind would take a job at a place like this? Some folks are waiting on really important calls, like medical info or other serious stuff, and these idiots just keep blowing up the phone. It stresses people out big time, worrying about who keeps calling. Definitely block them straight away. They couldn’t care less about anyone’s well-being.

After applying for a new energy supplier and giving my details to Green Network Energy, I've been getting calls on my mobile at all hours. When I rang 01302 897290 from my landline using 141 before dialling to keep my number private, they said they were from Smart Solutions Ltd, a recruitment firm offering jobs around Leeds. But when I searched the number online, it showed up as Green Network Energy. Seems like Smart Solutions Ltd has somehow taken over Green Network Energy's phone line, or at least that's what it looks like.

I always pick up calls from numbers I don't recognise, even when it's from a local area. If it’s an important call, they’ll leave a voicemail or try to get in touch by another means. Just block the number. Don’t ring back, because it might be a trick to charge you for returning the call. Nowadays, it looks like they’re even using 0800 numbers to hide their identity on landlines, which in our situation is unlisted. Thankfully, sites like this one and the option to block calls through our phone company really help. Just block them straight away.
