BEWARE OF SCAMS! If you get any dodgy calls or messages, make sure you report them straight away to the police fraud service. Just search for ‘action fraud’ online and head over to the ‘police.uk’ website. Find the section to ‘report phishing attempts’ and carefully read all the instructions. Then provide details about the scam, including any links or web addresses involved. You don’t have to register or give personal info unless you’ve actually lost cash because of the scam. The more of us report these dodgy attempts, the better chance the police have to track and stop them.

Just like others here, got a call from someone claiming to check up on a double glazing enquiry we never made. I didn't pick up and then blocked the number straight away.

Our landline got a call from someone saying he was Simon from Windows Ltd. I asked straight up if we’d asked for their call, and what do you know, he just hung up on me! Quite a cheeky move if you ask me.

Yep, it’s me, Simon. Shouldn’t have answered, was a right mistake. These window sales folks are relentless. I’ve made it very clear I don’t want any more calls from them. Still they keep trying!
