I received a call from someone claiming to be part of the NHS COVID assistance team, inquiring about my vaccination details and my health insurance provider. When I probed about their location, they replied 'Leeds London,' which struck me as odd. Upon expressing my confusion, I was transferred to a so-called manager who was rather aggressive. He insisted on finding out who my insurance was with, and when I refused to divulge that information, he resorted to insults and became quite irate, eventually telling me to bugger off before abruptly ending the call! Quite delightful, isn't it?
