A woman rang up claiming to be from BT, stating they’d received a notification about issues with our internet connection. She wanted to know the colour of our router. When I prompted her for her name and contact number so I could return her call, she flat out refused, insisting instead that I contact the help desk before abruptly ending the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!
