I've received one of those dodgy calls lately. They were prattling on about "my accident" and seemed to be operating out of Liverpool whilst using a number from Bewdley in Worcestershire to give the illusion of it being a local call. They purport to be from "CHASE ALEXANDER (LIMITED or something similar), located at 20 Chapel Street, Liverpool, L3 9AG, with company registration number 08059135. Interestingly, that registration number actually belongs to a firm named Allsure Ltd based in Preston, so whether there's any connection remains to be seen. Quite the ruse, if you ask me!
