I received a missed call from this number and decided to ring them back. They informed me they were looking to speak with my husband. I explained that this is my number and not his, requesting they remove it from their records and cease calling. However, the lady on the line didn't seem to take my declaration seriously. She pressed for an alternative contact number. I firmly declined. To my dismay, she stated they'd persist with the calls until they managed to reach him. I reiterated that he wouldn’t be answering as this isn’t his phone. The response was simply that they’d continue calling regardless. I expressed my intention to lodge a complaint since I had explicitly asked for my number to be removed, but she remained obstinate. Quite shocking and unprofessional behaviour, if you ask me!

I’ve received four calls to date; the initial one was from a woman discussing PPI. The subsequent ones, however, have been completely silent on the other end.
