7 yearsGot a second call from 01768932914, supposedly from Amazon again, with a similar hard-to-understand foreign accent - probably the same person as before. This time, they said my Prime membership renewal would cost £40 from the end of the month, which is way more than the usual £7.99 per month. I asked to cancel my Prime subscription, but they rattled on with a load of confusing info and seemed to be fishing for my details. I told them just to cancel the membership and then hung up.
