Absolutely a scam, no doubt... they told me to press 1 and when I did, I ended up talking to some suspicious person wandering around.

I got a voicemail from some so-called 'official agency' claiming my National Insurance number had been linked to multiple fraud incidents. They warned me that if I didn’t clear things up, my NI number would be revoked and I might even get arrested! They then told me to 'Press 1 to chat with an officer', but I definitely didn’t do that.
