Received a call from a robotic voice claiming my National Insurance number was involved in suspicious activities. It warned that my assets might be frozen and urged me to press one to speak to an advisor. Don’t do it, just block the number - it’s a total scam. If you’re concerned, contact HMRC directly. It baffles me how these scammers can still make these calls even though technology should prevent it. Then they say the number is unavailable when you try to call back. Really makes you wonder!
