So this number called me earlier, but I missed it. When I tried calling back, it just went straight to an answerphone with a message about Utility Warehouse. Bit odd, really.

I never called the number back, there’s no one on the other end but they keep the call open quietly so your voicemail won’t pick it up. The same happens with my home phone, it stays blocked for ages until I finally hang up. Honestly, the ombudsman should really deal with these annoying things.
