I received a rather vague call from "O2" regarding a potential contract adjustment that could save me some money. However, the moment I probed a bit deeper for clarification, the line went dead, quite suspicious if you ask me!

Once I stood firm and refused to be a victim of their dodgy tactics, they resorted to using foul language during the call. I truly wish that your call centre faces a proper investigation soon.
