Some bloke called saying he was Alan Martin from BT, told me there was malware on my PC and that BT had shut off my broadband because of it. I kept him talking, asking loads about my keyboard to figure out what kind of computer I’m using. After a bit, I told him I’d ring BT myself and have them patch me through to him. That’s when he started getting nasty, so I just ended the call.
