Got calls from a woman insisting she wanted to talk to people who don’t actually work here, mentioning some outstanding invoice. When I told her she must have the wrong number, I asked what company she was calling about, and she gave me a completely different business name. I told her she was mistaken but she kept pushing, saying someone from accounts should call her back about the invoice, dropping reference numbers and sounding all official. I kept asking her if she was sure she had the right info, but she just kept repeating that accounts needed to return her call.

I usually avoid picking up calls from numbers I don't recognise, but this one rang a couple of times then stopped before I could even see who it was. That usually points to a scam, if you ask me. I checked the number here and, yep, looks like it's linked to some scammy stuff.

I've been getting loads of letters from these so-called solicitors saying they're chasing me for some music licence fee I apparently owe - which I don't even need!! Honestly, it feels like pure harassment and bullying. They really shouldn't be allowed to treat people like this. Watch out and don't fall for their scam!!

Debt collector? She couldn't say who she was working for or even my name. I asked her to give me my security word for contact and that was the last I heard from her.

I phoned my job about an unpaid music licence. I told them it’d be better to call back when my boss was around later in the week, but the bloke rushed off the line straight away. He kicked off the chat all weird, mumbling something about the “credit holder”. Then he hung up pretty sharp, as soon as we started talking.

Kept getting calls from a company saying they’re Credit Security ltd about an account I’ve never heard of. Credit Security Ltd is a real debt collection agency from Whitchurch Shropshire, not Aylesbury where these calls come from. I don’t owe anything at all. Feels like a dodgy scam to me.

Got a call from a debt collecting company about prs/ppl, claiming we owe money for an account we never got anything about, no letter or email at all. This isn’t the first time they've pulled this with us, they did the exact same thing to our other business. They keep threatening to start debt recovery, really rude and pretty intimidating.

credit security ltd (cs!) claims to be a debt collection firm linked to prs / ppl! they used to share the building though, so maybe it’s just the new credit control team for the ‘music licence’! all of them are just bullies, trying to scare you with threats to get you to pay even if you dont actually need a licence! they ring up as late as 7.30pm. they never bother leaving a voicemail but they’re great at sending out threatening letters!

A lady called me, insisting that I had a £90 outstanding payment for my radio licence. Oddly enough, she had my licence account number spot on. When I tried to ring her back, I got no response. Honestly, get a real job, love, and quit with the scam tactics!
