Sounds like it’s got something to do with the kennel club, probably sold my phone number to these lot. Started getting calls about some supposed 5 weeks free insurance, been less than a week since I got my pup, and I’ve been bombarded with emails and strange calls from the kennel club crew pushing their marketing. I haven’t even switched the pup’s ownership to me yet, coz it’s not cheap. The kennel club feels so old-fashioned and just a money-making scheme full of arrogant people. I’m seriously thinking of getting a mongrel next time!

Picked up a puppy on 17th September and signed him up with the Kennel Club. Got the 4 weeks free pet insurance deal as part of it. Since then I keep getting calls at all hours but I never pick up, so I'm pretty sure it’s the Kennel Club ringing. My previous dogs were insured with Animal Friends and they were brilliant. If I decide I want insurance, I’ll sort it out when I want, no need for constant pestering. Have blocked the number now!!!
