Opus is a total nightmare. Honestly, it feels like harassment by law. They really ought to be stopped from doing this. Best not to pick up. You’ll end up with texts and emails as well.

I seriously wouldn’t share any personal info with them. It’s Opos Ltd calling me nonstop about some unpaid water bills. I’ve told them loads of times that I’m sorting the bills directly with Essex & Suffolk Water myself. But they just don’t seem to get it.

Got a call from a lady who wanted my address, I gave it to her but then she said it wasn’t the one they had on file. Then she asked for my old address, and I told her that wasn’t relevant to her. She just hung up when I refused to confirm my details, bit weird if you ask me!

I've been bombarded by calls from this number for a fortnight, so I finally decided to pick up. The chap on the other end asked for someone called Tom. He then went on to inquire how long I’ve been using this telephone number. When I pressed him for more information, he was quite evasive, only assuring me it was all above board. He claimed he'd take my number off their list, but to my dismay, I can’t trace or return the call to this 01294 681795. What a right nuisance! 😠😠😠

01294681795 Opus Ltd - hired by Together Energy Ltd, who were appointed by OFGEN as the supplier of last resort after OneSelect Ltd went into administration. But hang on a moment. Only the administrators are legally allowed to collect debts owed to a company in administration. Yet the administrators have not declared that OPUS Ltd is authorised to do this. So it seems that both Together Energy Ltd and OPUS Ltd have, on the face of it, acted fraudulently towards the creditors of OneSelect Ltd.

Opus rings me daily and keeps texting aswell. I reckon its connected to one select. That lot were a pain, no way to pay with a card through them. They gave me an account number but it didnt go through Paypal or anything. Proper annoying!

Opus debt collectors keep insisting I owe money on a credit card that I’ve already cleared. I even sent them pics of my credit card statement with a zero balance. Told them I won’t be talking to them any more and that I’ll report them to the watchdog for harassment and under GDPR for holding my info wrong. Let them bring it to court if they want.

Got a voicemail this arvo from a Scottish lady telling me to ring back. This Opus company has been blowing my phone up for like two weeks now, I've already talked to them three times. I keep asking them to send me an email with info about some supposed £100 debt to One Select. Thing is, I've actually paid One Select extra over the past year through regular direct debit readings.

Got a call from a Scottish bloke claiming Oneselect went into administration and I supposedly owe £38! Bit strange since I was over £30 in credit before I left Oneselect. The number that popped up was 01294681795. Weird as!

The number 01294 681795 belongs to Opos Ltd, a debt collection company. They also call from a Glasgow number, 01414 283990. After OneSelect energy supply went bust in December 2018, their customers were taken on by Together Energy, which is also based in Glasgow. Together Energy used Opos Ltd to chase up any debts left from 13/12/18. I got calls from Opos Ltd for five days straight until I finally settled the unpaid bill!

They kept calling me every single day, so I blocked the number, but now they’ve switched to a different one, sneaky lot. Blocked that one too, but really this shouldn’t be allowed. I was under the impression there are laws against this kinda thing. Feels like nothing ever gets sorted. Don’t pick up if that number shows on your phone!

The caller has a thick Scottish accent and says it’s “a very serious matter.” They ask me to call back at 6.00pm, whoever they are, and mention some garbled reference number that took me ages to make out. Honestly, this has to get reported to the phone regulator. Like in Willy Wonka, this annoying call must be from some dodgy characters!

Got a call from someone saying they were "one select" or something like that, asking for my security details. I told them I wasn’t comfortable sharing anything and just ended the call.

Somebody else already said this sounds like a thick Scots accent you just can’t get through. I had the exact same thing happen, and they dropped the call right after I said I was passing them to my missus ’cause I’m deaf. Also got a call from One Select, that dodgy bankrupt energy company, hassling me about bills. So I rang my actual supplier and found out I’ve never been with One Select at all!! Total scam. Proper nuisance. Dodgy lot!!

got a call from this number two days running. it was one of those automated messages but couldn’t quite catch who they claimed to be. they left some kinda code and told me to press a button then give them the code back. felt a bit dodgy. they mentioned something about one select, and i was with one select before, they were always dodgy about bills before they folded. not sure if this is legit or just a scam though.
