I received a call from this number claiming to be from TalkTalk, warning me that my service would be suspended for 15 to 20 days. It struck me immediately as nonsense, so I ended the call and contacted TalkTalk directly. Turns out, my instincts were spot on. They didn’t even have the opportunity to ask for my personal information, as I firmly told them where to go and made sure to report this to TalkTalk.

I received a phone call from this number featuring someone with a strong foreign accent claiming that my Talktalk broadband had been compromised and that I could potentially face imprisonment! I have a strong suspicion this is nothing but a scam.
