Someone kept ringing me up trying to push deals I wasn’t interested in. I told them nicely I wasn’t up for changing anything but they just wouldn’t stop going on about it. Eventually I had enough and ended the call. Then, like clockwork, they phoned back about an hour later. Lucky for me, I wasn’t about to answer or I’d have let them know exactly what I thought!

When he tried to take a one-off payment, something felt off. Turns out, my washing machine is actually insured with D&G under my husband’s name, not me. This guy called me up, lied about my policy needing renewal and insisted I was already signed up with them, which I’m definitely not.
